INITIAL NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATION $165
60 minutes - Telehealth only.
This is your first consultation, here we will discuss your health concerns and reason for visit. I will ask you all sorts of questions, to really get a good picture of what could be contributing to your health concern. We will discuss your health history, diet and your lifestyle habits along with any pathology results you may already have.
After this consultation, you will receive a individualised treatment plan that will indicate any prescribed supplements, herbal medicines along with dietary and lifestyle advice.

RETURN NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATION $100
30 minutes - Telehealth only.
This is your follow up appointment, here will we discuss any changes to your condition since we last spoke. We will discuss how you were able to implement changes, and what we need to do to set you up for success.
Your individualised treatment plan will be adapted and changed across often multiple return consultations depending on what you need and how your body is responding to treatment.

ACUTE NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATION $70
20 minutes - Telehealth only.
This appointment is for existing patients only and is for acute illness, such as a cold or flu, a flare up or an unexplained allergic reaction. This is a shorter consultation where we generally only discuss this immediate illness.
You will receive an individualised treatment plan, with herbal and nutritional supplementation and dietary advice to support the body in a speedy recovery and often we put the current treatment plan on hold for a short amount of time to allow rest, and to focus on the matter at hand.

EXTENDED RETURN NATUROPATHIC CONSULTATION $130
40 minutes - Telehealth only.
This appointment is similar to the return appointment, but goes for a little longer. I often suggest this appointment type for a second appointment if I feel you could benefit from more time.
This appointment is also needed when we haven’t touched base in while. Usually it is required if your last appointment was longer than 6 months.
Holly is currently planning for maternity leave and is currently not taking on new patients.
